The Refocus Sibshop is a program dedicated to providing peer support and fostering a sense of community among siblings of children with special needs. Sibshops, initiated by the Sibling Support Project, have proven to be invaluable in offering a supportive environment for these siblings to connect and share experiences.

The average cost of raising a child is estimated to be upwards of $14,000 per year. Unfortunately, families of a child with special needs routinely spend up to 10x more. While these families want to give equally to their children, it is simply not always possible due to the unique barriers they face.

So, we need your help! For only $50, you can sponsor a child for the Refocus Sibshop, and your support can make a significant impact on the life of a young individual. Your contribution will cover the expenses associated with their participation but will also contribute to creating a more inclusive and understanding community for families facing unique challenges.
