We specialize in ABA-based therapy for children with autism and ADHD, delivered in a warm, engaging, and collaborative environment. With a comprehensive team of in-clinic BCBAs and no remote case management, we ensure every family has direct access to expert care. Our approach centers on fun, connection, and building meaningful skills that support long-term success — both in the clinic and at home.
Our Story
Refocus Behavior was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to provide high-quality, hands-on behavioral support that truly meets the needs of families. Locally created by moms and members of the military community, Dr. Jamie Redding and Jamie Andrews shared a belief in the power of collaboration, compassion, and practical, meaningful support. One a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the other a devoted community advocate, they built a clinic rooted in joy, structure, and real-life connection.
Inspired by both personal experience and professional dedication, they saw the need for more accessible, relationship-based care — especially for military families. Today, that mission remains at the heart of everything we do, as we continue to grow alongside the children and families we proudly serve.
